风淬处理钢渣工艺是一种较为先进的钢渣处理工艺,按该工艺处理后的钢渣分布在含水的渣池中,现有的从渣池中取出风淬渣的几种方式均存在或多或少的问题。本文介绍的一种风淬渣斗式提升系统能够较好解决现有的问题,该系统在取渣的同时完成了脱水,既提高了效率又解决了生产现场环境恶劣的困境。

The process quenched by air is a relatively new treatment process, according to the process of the steel slag distribution in the slag pool water, how will the slag quenched by air from the slag pool in several ways there are more or less problems. This paper introduces a kind of bucket hoisting system which can solve the existing problems. The system has been used to remove the slag, which can not only improve the efficiency, but also solve the problem of poor production environment.
