摘要 从利益相关者视角出发,研究"最后一公里"配送模式的影响因素。基于米切尔多维细分法对利益相关者做出界定,包括内部利益相关者,即物流公司和最终顾客,也包括外部利益相关者,即社会大众和政府。通过分析得出影响"最后一公里"配送模式的因素包括资金实力、盈利能力、目标客户群、顾客居住密度、群体类型、经济状况等内部利益相关者方面的因素,以及大众基本诉求、政府政策等外部利益相关者方面的因素。基于上述分析,为末端配送模式的提供者提供相关建议。 In this paper, from the perspective of a stakeholder, we studied the factors influencing the last-mile distribution mode. First, based on the Mitchell multi-dimensional classification system, we defined the stakeholder for it to include internal stakeholders, such as logistics companies and end customers, and external stakeholders, such as the society as a whole and the government. Through the analysis, we identified the factors influencing the last-mile distribution mode as including those relating to the internal stakeholders, specifically capital strength, earning capability, target customer base, and lhe residential density, population type and economic status of the customers, etc., and those relating to the external stakeholders, like fundamental claim of the public and government policy, etc. At the end, we presented the relevant suggestions for the providers of the end-point distribution services.
