重庆传统商贸服务业从业人员结构分析与对策研究

Personnel Structure of Traditional Trade Service Industry in Chongqing:Analysis and Countermeasures

首先对重庆传统商贸服务业的发展现状进行研究,通过问卷调查的方式,分析重庆市传统商贸服务业从业人员的基本状况;然后在此基础上,提出了相关建议:一方面针对重庆传统商贸企业的发展,从政府和企业两个角度提出政策建议;另一方面,针对传统商贸服务业的人员结构现状,提出创新人力资源管理改革等多项解决措施。

In this paper, we first studied the current status of the traditional trade service industry in Chongqing, and then through a questionnaire survey, analyzed the basic situation of the employees in the industry. Next, on such basis, we proposed the suggestions, from the perspectives of the government and the enterprises respectively, to promote the development of the industry in Chongqing and presented the countermeasures to optimize the personnel structure of the industry.
