基于DEA-Tobit模型的物流产业效率分析——以东部省份为例

A DEA-Tobit Analytic Model of Efficiency of Logistics Industry:With Eastern Provinces as Example

通过多阶段DEA模型对近五年我国东部省份物流产业的综合效率和规模效率进行评价,发现我国多数省份的物流产业处于规模报酬递减阶段,存在过度投资。在效率评价的基础上,选取了相关变量,并运用Tobit模型验证其对物流产业绩效的影响。实证结果表明,区域经济发展水平、信息化程度和教育水平对物流产业的综合效率有显著影响。最后结合实证分析的结果,提出了促进我国物流产业效率提升的相关建议。

In this paper, using the multi- stage DEA model, we evaluated the comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency of the logistics industry of the eastern provinces of China in the past five years and found that the logistics industry of most of the provinces was in the stage with diminishing returns to scale and the inefficiency from overinvestmant was evident. Then on the basis of efficiency evaluation, we selected the relevant variables and used the Tobit model to verify their effect on the performance of the logistics industry, finding that regional economic development level, information technology level and education level had significant influence on the comprehensive efficiency of the industry. At the end, through an empirical analysis, we proposed the relevant suggestions to improve the efficiency of the logistics industry in China.
