摘要 采用灰关联分析方法,以深圳技师学院2014届物流技师班4名在A公司实习学生为例,基于企业员工试用期评核表,以绩效、综合评核等参数为参考序列,并以其影响因素为比较序列,计算灰关联系数及灰关联度,找出序关系,分析了岗位绩效和综合素质评价指标的影响关系以及绩效、综合素质表现与在校学习各类型课程成绩之间的关联情况,依此得出教学改革着力点,有针对性地提出改进措施,调整教学方向,改进教学模式与方法。该研究为职业院校经贸类专业培养企业需要的技能人才,提供了精准的教育教学改革研究示例和建议。 In this paper, with four 2014-grade logistics technician class students from Shenzhen Technician College working as interns at the company A as the example, we used the grey correlation analylic process to calculate the grey correlation coefficient and grey correlativity in the enterprise assessment form of employees in probation and with the comprehensive evaluation as the referential sequence and the influence factors as the comparing sequence, identified the sequential relationship. Next, we analyzed the influence relationship of job performance and comprehensive quality evaluation indexes and the correlation between job performance, comprehensive qualification and the scores of the various courses at school and accordingly proposed the improvement measures regarding the teaching mode and method of the logistics specialty of the college.
