摘要
以笔者所在高职院校政治经济与管理系人力资源管理专业学生为对象,对其社会资本、人力资本及专业认知状况、就业意愿等进行问卷调查和深度访谈,结果发现:该群体社会资本、人力资本较低,对专业及课程设置满意度不高,大多以大中城市为就业目的地。文章针对性地提出了一些建议。
The author takes the students of his college majoring in human resources management as the research object and carries out investigation and interview about their social capital, human capital, professional cognitive status and employment intention. The results show that their social capital and human capital is low. They are not satisfied with the profession and the curriculum. Most of them want to find a job in the large and medium-sized city. This paper puts forward some suggestions.
