现代学徒制背景下,职业教育与经济社会的联系最为直接、密切,"职教梦"是"中国梦"的重要组成部分。在现代学徒制人才培养过程中,要深入开展社会主义核心价值观教育和职业生涯规划教育,切实推进课程改革,积极深化校企合作,培养具有坚定的理想信念、崇高的职业道德、严谨的职业态度、远大的职业理想、过硬的职业技能的高素质技能型人才,实现"职教梦",共筑"中国梦"。

Under the background of modem apprenticeship, vocational education is closely connected with the social economy. Thus, ＂vocational education dream＂ is an important part of ＂Chinese dream＂. In the process of cultivating the talents, the paper puts forward that we should cultivate high-quality skilled talents with firm ideals and beliefs, lofty occupational ethics, serious occupational attitude and great expectations by carrying out education of socialist core values and career planning, promoting curriculum reform and strengthening school- enterprise？cooperation to realize ＂vocational education dream＂ and ＂Chinese Dream＂.
