基于Delphi法的蛔虫病中医指南问卷调查分析

Ascariasis Traditional Chinese Medicine Questionnaire Investigation and Analysis Based on Delphi Method

目的:用德尔菲法探索蛔虫病中医指南修订。方法:基于现有的古代文献及现代中外文献及既往指南内容,借由德尔菲法编制蛔虫病两轮专家问卷,向全国范围内遴选出的40位专家发放问卷调查,回收35份,对所得数据进行积极系数、意见集中程度、意见协调程度、权威程度的统计与评估。结果:形成小儿蛔虫病中医诊疗指南初稿。结论:德尔菲法能够在蛔虫病的指南修订中发挥优势,使指南形成更具有合理性,也使指南更具有临床操作性。

Objective：By using Delphi method to explore ascariasis guidelines revision of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods：Based on the existing ancient literature and modern, domestic and foreign literature and previous guidance content, make the expert questionnaire on ascariasis by Delphi method which is facing to experts by selecting. As a result,we recycled 35 questionnaires to cany out the data from positive coefficient, concentration, opinion statistics and assessment of the degree of coordinating and the degree of authority. Results ： It formed the draft of ascariasis guide revision in TCM. Conclusion ： The Delphi method has its advantage in making the guideline on aseariasis, not only on the rationality but also on its clinical practicality.
