TCM Treatment for Forgetfulness

健忘是指记忆力减退,遇事善忘的一种病证,属神志病的范畴,与五脏虚损、情志失调、痰瘀互结等密切关系,临床病情多迁延难愈或进行性加重发展为痴呆。文章从病因病机探讨健忘的发生发展及演变,同时提出从五脏、痰瘀方面对健忘进行论治。

Forgetfulness is a memory loss, the failing forgetful of a kind of disease and syndrome,which belongs to mental disease, clinical disease protraction or an increased risk for developing dementia. This paper from the etiology and pathogenesis, development and evolution, puts forward the treatment from the five internal organs, phlegm and blood stasis.
