银杏降脂饮治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病合并高脂血症的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Ginkgo Jiangzhi Yin in Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Combined with Hyperlipidemia

目的:探讨银杏降脂饮治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年1月—2015年5月间本院消化科(门诊)治疗的78例NAFLD合并高脂血症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组39例,对照组予口服多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊(2粒/次,3次/d)+辛伐他汀(20mg/次,1次/d)治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用银杏降脂饮治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者血脂、肝功能等指标的变化,并进行超声检查以评价临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者血甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)以及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗有效率为94.87%,明显高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银杏降脂饮治疗非酒精性脂肪肝合并高脂血症可有效降低血脂水平、保护患者肝功能、提高临床疗效,并且具有较好的用药安全性。

Objective ：To investigate the clinical effect of Ginkgo Jiangzhi Yin in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods：Seventy -eight eases of NAFLD combined with hyperlipidemia from January 2012 to May 2015 treated in Digestive Department of our hospital as the research object and they were divided into two groups,39 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with oral polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule （2 pills, tid） ＋ Simvastatin （20 mg,qd） treatment and the observation group were combined with Ginkgo Jiangzhi Yin based on the application of control group. The blood lipid and liver function index changes and clinical curative effect were compared after treatment between the two groups. Results：After treatment, serum triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC） ,low density lipoprotein -choles- terol （LDL- C） and alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase （AST） in the two groups were significantly lower compared with those before treatment and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group＇s. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate in the observation group was 94.87% and it was signifi- cantly higher than the control group＇s 79.49%. The difference was of statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no statistical significance of adverse reactions rates between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The treatment of Ginkgo Jiangzhi Yin in patients with NAFLD and hyperlipidemia can effectively reduce the blood lipid, protect the liver function and improve the clinical efficacy and it is of good safety.
