助孕汤对排卵障碍性不孕患者卵泡发育及子宫血流的影响

Effect of Zhuyun Decoction for Sterility of Ovulation Disturbance Patients of Follicular Development and Uterus Hemodynamics

目的:探讨助孕汤对排卵障碍性不孕患者卵泡发育及子宫血流的影响。方法:选取排卵障碍性不孕症患者102例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各51例。对照组给予克罗米芬治疗,治疗组给予助孕汤进行治疗,均治疗3个疗程,每个疗程3个月。比较两组卵泡发育情况、子宫血流动力学指标、促排卵疗效及妊娠率。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.4%,妊娠率为21.6%;对照组总有效率为74.5%,妊娠率为17.6%,两组疗效和妊娠率比较,差异不显著,均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前后,两组正常排卵和无排卵比较差异均有统计学意义,治疗组正常排卵优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,治疗组和对照组子宫动脉搏动指数PI、阻力指数RI对比,差异显著,治疗组子宫血流动力学指标优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:助孕汤与临床首选药克罗米芬在治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效和妊娠成功率方面的作用是相似的,但助孕汤可促进卵泡的生长发育;可促进子宫和微循环血流增加,组织器官血流灌注量充盈,进而促进卵泡生长发育,从而达到助孕作用,疗效优于克罗米芬。

Objective：To explore the effect of Zhuyun Decoction for sterility of ovulation disturbance patients＇ iollicular development and uterus hemodynamics. Methods：There were 102 patients with sterility of ovulation disturbance as research object. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each 51 cases. The control group was given clomifene citrate and the treatment group was given Zhuyun Decoction for treatment. Both were treated for 3 courses and each course 3 months. Compare two groups＇ condition of follicular development ,uterine hemodynamic index ,effect on promoting ovulation and pregnancy rate. Results ：Treatment group＇s total effective rate was 82.4% and the pregnancy rate was 21.6%. Control group＇s total effective rate was 74.5% and the pregnancy rate was 17.6%. Compare two groups＇ curative effect and the pregnancy rate. There was no statistical significance（P 〉 0.05 ）. Before and after treatment, two groups＇ normal ovulation and anovulatory comparative differ- ences were statistically significant. The normal ovulation of treatment group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, After treatment,the treatment group and control group＇s uterine artery pulsation index PI and resistance index RI comparative differences were significant difference. The treatment group＇s uterine hemodynamic index was better than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Zhuyun Decoction＇s curative effect on sterility of ovulation disturbance and the role of the success rate of pregnancy is similar to that of clinical medicine preferred clomifene citrate. But Zhuyun Decoction can promote follicular development, the uterus and microcirculation blood flow increasing and tissue blood/low perfnsion filling to promote follicular growth and development in order to achieve the assisted reproduction. The curative effect is better than that of clomifene citrate.
