芪苈强心胶囊对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsule on Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法:将我院2015年5月—2016年5月收治的80例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组(西药治疗)及观察组(芪苈强心胶囊治疗)各40例,比较其临床疗效。结果:观察组不良反应发生率10%,同期对照组不良反应发生率25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者心功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗程结束后各指标相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊治疗老年慢性心力衰竭可显著改善心功能且安全性高,可作为临床治疗的优选方案推广使用。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsule on elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods ：In our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016,80 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group, （Western medicine treatment） and observation group （Qili Qiangxin capsule）, with 40 cases in each. Compare the clinical curative effect. Results：The incidence of adverse reactions was 10% , which compared with the control group＇s 25% was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The differences between the two groups＇ cardiac function before treatment were not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. At the end of treatment, each index difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： It can significantly improve heart function and safety of Qili Qiangxin Capsule in treating senile chronic heart failure and can be promoted as the optimal clinical treatment.
