创新穴位贴敷疗法对围绝经期女性MRS、E_2和FSH影响的临床研究

Clinical Efficiency of Innovation of Acupoint Sticking Therapy on MRS,E_2 and FSH in Perimenopausal Women

目的:研究创新穴位贴敷疗法对围绝经期女性MRS、E2和FSH影响的临床疗效。方法:选择围绝经期综合征女性患者180例,按照随机数字表随机分为传统穴位贴敷组、创新穴位贴敷组、针刺治疗组,每组60例。3组分别在相同的穴位进行贴敷或针刺,观察并记录3组患者治疗前后的生存质量MRS评分、血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)变化情况。结果:3组患者治疗前FSH、E2和MRS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明3组患者具有可比性。治疗后,3组患者FSH、E2和MRS评分与治疗前相比均显著改善(P<0.05),创新穴位贴敷组和针刺治疗组FSH、E2和MRS评分显著优于传统穴位贴敷组(P<0.05),说明传统穴位贴敷、针刺治疗和创新穴位贴敷皆能改善患者MRS评分,且改善情况创新穴位贴敷组和针刺治疗组明显好于传统穴位贴敷组。创新穴位贴敷组和针刺治疗组治疗后比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明针刺治疗和创新穴位贴敷在改善患者FSH、E2和MRS评分方面无明显差异。结论:创新穴位贴敷组临床疗效明显好于传统穴位贴敷组。

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of the innovation of acupoint sticking therapy on the MRS, E2 and FSH in perimenopausal women. Methods：A total of 180 patients were randomly divided into the traditional meridian sticking group, the in- novation of acupoint sticking therapy and acupuncture treatment group ,60 cases in each group. The changes of MRS, E2 and FSH were observed and recorded before and after treatment. Results ： The MRS, E2 and FSH had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ） before treatment and there were significant differences in comparing the MRS,E2 and FSH between the 3 groups before and after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Meanwhile the improvements in the innovation of acupoint sticking therapy and acupuncture treatment group were more significant than that in the traditional meridian sticking group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, there were no significant differences in comparing the MRS, E2 and FSH between the innovation of acupoint sticking therapy and acupuncture treatment group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The innovation of aeupoint sticking therapy was better than the traditional meridian sticking group on improving the MRS,E2 and FSH in perimenopausal women.
