穴位疗法治疗哮病的临床疗效

Clinical Observation of Acupoint Therapy for Asthma

目的:观察穴位疗法治疗哮病的临床疗效。方法:选取哮病缓解期患者90例,随机分为A组、B组、C组各30例,分别采用穴位疗法、穴位注射、舒利迭治疗,观察3组治疗前、治疗2月后(近期)、停止治疗3月后(远期)三个时间点的哮喘症状积分、ACT评分(Asthma Control Test)、肺功能,并记录3组近、远期疗效情况。结果:在哮喘症状积分、ACT评分、肺功能方面比较:A组近期、远期与B组、C组同期比较,明显改善,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);3组近期疗效比较:A组总有效率(96.67%)明显优于B组(80.00%)和C组(66.67%),具有显著性意义(P<0.05);3组远期疗效比较:A组总有效率(93.33%)明显优于B组(76.67%)和C组(63.33%),具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位疗法治疗哮病缓解期能明显改善临床症状及肺功能、提高临床疗效,具有可行,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the acupoint therapy for bronchial asthma remission. Methods：Ninety Bronchial asthma patients in remission stage were randomly divided into the group A, the group B and the group C, each group 30 patients. The three groups were respectively given acupoint therapy, acupoint injection and seretide and we assessed three groups＇ asthma symptom scores, ACT （ asthma control test） scores, lung function before treatment, after two mouths of treatment （ recent - term） ,after stopping treatment three months （ long - term） ,and recorded recent - term and long - term efficacy. Results ：The asthma symptom scores of the group A compared with the group B or the group C atn the same period were obviously decreased （ P 〈 0.05）. The ACT scores of the group A compared with the group B or the group C at the same period had significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The lung function of the group A compared with the group B or the group C at the same period had statistically improved （P 〈 0.05 ）. The group A＇s recent -term effective rate （96.67%） was significantly better than the group B＇s （80.00%） or the group C＇s （66.67%） （P 〈 0.05） and the group A＇s long- term effective rate （93.33%） was significantly better than group B＇s （76.67%） or group C＇s （63.33 % ） （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The acupoint therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptom, the lung function and the clinical efficacy efficacy in asthma remission and it is feasible and worthy to be taken off.
