传统音乐配合艾灸治疗心肾不交型失眠64例疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Music Combined with Moxibustion in Treatment of Heart-Kidney Incoordinationl Insomnia

目的:通过观察传统音乐联合艾灸涌泉穴对于治疗心肾不交型失眠患者的临床疗效,探讨传统音乐结合艾灸在失眠中的临床疗效及应用前景。方法:选取符合临床失眠症诊断的患者64例,采用随机分组方法分为音乐治疗配合艾灸涌泉穴组和常规针刺组,每组32例,每周治疗3次,治疗4周。评价治疗前后患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及其失眠临床总疗效评分。结果:传统音乐配合艾灸涌泉穴组能降低PSQI各项评分,且在入睡时间和睡眠效率两项上差异显著。治疗前后临床疗效显示,艾灸涌泉配合古琴音乐组总有效率为93.75%,常规针刺组总有效率为87.10%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但艾灸涌泉配合古琴音乐组的临床痊愈率、显效率及总有效率均高于常规针刺组,即艾灸涌泉配合古琴音乐组优于常规针刺组。结论:传统音乐联合艾灸涌泉穴治疗失眠,疗效满意,值得进一步推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional music combined with K11 moxibustion in heart -kidney incoordinationl insomnia. To investigate the future and its clinical efficacy by traditional music combined with moxibustion. Methods ： Sixty - four patients with Heart - Kidney Incoordinationl insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, traditional music with K11 moxibustion group and routine acupuncture group,32 cases in each, weekly treatment 3 times, totally 4 weeks of treatment （ 12 times）. The efficacy was evaluated by observing the Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） score and the clinical efficacy of insomnia. Results：The sore of PSQI had been significantly decreased by traditional music cooperated with K11 moxibustion,especially in insomnia sleep time and sleep efficiency. Secondly, the clinical efficacy of the two groups showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75% and the control group＇s was 87.10% instead. The difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. However, the clinical cure rate, effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group. In a word, the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion ： Traditional music combined with K11 moxibustion can significantly improve PSQI in patients with insomnia and is worthy of clinical application.
