茯苓对上焦水饮内停大鼠的利水作用研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的:研究茯苓对上焦水饮内停大鼠利水作用。方法:采用大鼠气管插管,结合腹部皮下注射盐酸异丙肾上腺素(ISO),外加寒冷刺激建立的上焦水饮内停模型。通过心、肺组织的病理切片来考查心、肺功能的强弱,同时结合心肺损伤指标[肺通透指数、肺干湿比(W/D)、血清白蛋白含量、心、肺脏器指数、肌酸激酶(CK)含量]综合评价茯苓对上焦水饮内停大鼠的利水功效。结果:成功建立上焦水饮内停大鼠模型,与模型组比较,茯苓高剂量12 g/kg可明显降低肺通透指数、肺的干湿比及显著降低CK含量,并可以明显增加血清中白蛋白的含量;低剂量6 g/kg可以明显降低肺通透指数,显著降低肺的干湿比及CK含量,显著增加血清中白蛋白的含量。结论:茯苓可通过"强心利水"作用降低上焦水饮内停大鼠的肺组织中水液潴留,从而改善大鼠上焦水饮内停症状。 Objective:To explore the diuretic effect of Poria cocos on the rat model of fluid retention in the upper Jiao. Methods:According to the pathogenic factor of fluid retention in the upper Jiao ,the complex factors( the operation of trachea cannula, injecting isopropylarterenol hydrochloride subcutaneously in the abdomen and cold stimulation)were considered to establish the model of fluid retention in the upper Jiao. Heart and lung pathological sections were used to evaluate their function. Moreover, other indicators (lung permeability index, pneumonia dry wet ratio( W/D), albumin level in serum, heart and lung indexes, creatine kinase level)related to the cardiac and pneumonia injury were used to evaluate the function of alleviating water retention of Poria cocos. Results : The rat model of fluid retention in the upper Jiao was established successfully. Compared with the model group, Poria cocos high dose of 12 mg/kg can significantly reduce puhnonary permeability index and lung wet - dry ratio and the contents of CK significantly decreased and can significantly increase the content of serum albumin. The low dose of 6 g/kg could significantly reduce the lung permeability index and significantly reduce the lung wet - dry ratio and CK content. There was a significant increase in the content of serum albumin. Conclusion : Poria cocos could reduce water retention in lung tissue through the diuretic and cardiotonic effect so as to improve the symptoms of fluid retention in the upper Jiao.
