树突状细胞在支气管哮喘诊治中的研究进展

Advances of Dendritic Cells in Diagnosis and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

树突状细胞是目前已知功能最强的抗原呈递细胞,能够激活初始T细胞,诱导免疫应答,调节T细胞亚群平衡,在支气管哮喘中发挥重要作用。文章通过总结近几年国内外有关DCs与哮喘间关系的研究,从哮喘的发病机制及有关治疗药物方面,对树突状细胞发挥的作用进行整理描述,为临床治疗提供借鉴和思路。

Dendritic cells are known to the most powerful antigen - presenting cells with playing an important role in the bronchial asthma,which can activate naive T cells,induce an immune response and regulate T cell subsets balance. This paper summarizes the role of dendritic cells playing in the bronchial asthma by summaring the domestic and foreign - related studys ahout the relationship between asthma and DCs in recent years in order to provide references and ideas for clinical treatment.
