摘要 微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)为一类长度18~24个核苷酸的非编码小RNA,近些年来许多研究发现相关miRNA在冠心病的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。MiRNA与血脂代谢、内皮及其他细胞功能及斑块的稳定性密切相关。MiRNA在未来应用于冠心病的诊断及治疗方面具有不可估量的前景。现将miRNA与冠心病相关性的研究进展及其在临床的应用做一阐述。 Ribonucleic acid( microRNA, miRNA) is a kind of non-coding RNA, with a length of approximately 18 to 24 nueleotides. In recent years, several studies have found that the relevant miRNA play an important role in the development of coronary heart disease. Mi RNA are closely related to lipid metabolism, endothelium, other cellular functions and stability of plaques during the development of coronary heart disease. MiRNA have tremendous potential for future diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. This article will descript the research progress and clinical application between miRNA and coronary heart disease.
