摘要
在心力衰竭中心肌细胞的收缩和舒张与Ca^(2+)密切相关,而肌质网钙泵对心肌内Ca^(2+)循环的稳态有重要作用。实验和临床研究已证实对心力衰竭细胞导入肌质网钙泵基因可以增强心肌细胞的收缩力,减少心律失常。现就肌质网钙泵基因在心力衰竭基因治疗中的发展做一综述。
Ca2+ is directly related with myocardial dysfunction in heart failure. The sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase 2a plays an important role in the homeostasis of Ca2+ circulation in the myocardium. Laboratory and clinical studies have confirmed that the sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase 2a gene can improve contractility and reduce ventricular arrhythmias of patients with heart failure. In this review, we will discuss the development of sareoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase 2a in gene therapy for heart failure.
