脑钠肽是心肌细胞分泌的具有生物活性的天然激素,多因心室壁张力及容积改变引起,与心力衰竭、肺动脉高压等多种心血管疾病密切相关,但在结缔组织疾病中的研究甚少。因此,现总结了当前的数据,以促进脑钠肽与结缔组织疾病相关性的研究。

Brain natriuretic peptide is a biologically active natural hormone secretion of myocardial cells, caused by the ventricular wall tension, change in volume, and is closely related to heart failure, pulmonary hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases. However, few studies have conducted the research on connective tissue diseases, so this article summarizes the current data to facilitate the study of brain natriuretic peptide and connective tissue disease.
