萧山区家风家训建设现状调查及对策研究

家风家训是中国传统文化的组成部分,起着和家、固国的重要作用。时代特征总会赋予家风家训以新的意蕴,让其焕发生机。在萧山区城乡进行的抽样调查和访谈结果表明了老百姓对家风家训建设活动的认知度、认可度、参与度等。萧山区家风家训建设活动初见成效,但它毕竟是个新事物,在某些方面还存在着一定问题。为此,要以老百姓"自下而上"之力夯实家风家训建设;发挥民营企业作用,在企业文化中融入家风家训;打好家风家训建设的根基。

Family traditions and family instructions are a part of Chinese traditional culture. They play an important role in har- monizing family and stabilizing the country. Family traditions and family instructions are always embodied by a new interpretation with the features of the times. The survey in Xiaoshan district shows the people＇s awareness, recognition and participation in the construction of family traditions and family instructions in this district. It has started to produce results. After all, it is a new-born thing with some prob- lems in some ways. So, we will strengthen the construction of family traditions and family instructions from the ＂bottom up＂. The non- governmental enterprises can play an important role to integrate it into the enterprise culture. We will build up the foundation of the con- struction of family traditions and family instructions.
