摘要
采用加压热水对毛白杨进行预处理,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)等研究预处理时间对木材及其酶解后微结构的影响,分析预处理时间对还原糖得率的影响。结果表明:经加压热水预处理后,毛白杨木材结构变得松散,结晶度增大,可以有效去除木质素和降解半纤维素,增加纤维素的可及度,提高酶解效率和还原糖的产量;加压热水预处理时间越长效果越明显,预处理时间为50 min时,预处理后毛白杨酶解糖转化率可达47%。
The effects of pretreatment time on the microstructure of Populus tomentosa wood before and after enzymatic reaction and reducing sugar yield were studied with hot compressed water treatment by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results showed that after the hot-compressed-water treatment of wood, the ciency of lignin and degradation of hemicellulose, accessibility of structure was loose, crystallinity, removal effi- cellulose was increased, and improved the effi- ciency of enzymolysis and reducing sugar yield. The effect is more significant as the pretreatment time prolongs. When pretreatment time was 50 min, the conversion rate of reducing sugar was 47%.
