摘要
目的探讨参芪抑瘤方联合腹腔热化疗对胃癌性腹水大鼠一般状况的影响。方法将42只成功造模的胃癌性腹水大鼠随机分为对照组和观察组,每组21只,两组大鼠均进行多西紫杉醇腹腔热化疗并同时给予胸腺五肽,观察组大鼠在此基础上给予参芪抑瘤方,连续治疗4周。比较两组大鼠造模前后与治疗后的腹围、体重、腹水量、肿瘤重量、转氨酶、血常规及血清铁蛋白变化情况。结果治疗后观察组肌酸激酶(CK)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、铁蛋白、体重、腹围、腹水量和肿瘤重量均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),白细胞和血小板高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组大鼠造模后和治疗后CK、AST、LDH、体重、腹围和铁蛋白均高于造模前(P<0.05),白细胞和血小板均低于造模前(P<0.05)。两组大鼠治疗后CK、AST、LDH、体重、腹围和铁蛋白均高于造模后(P<0.05),且白细胞和血小板均低于造模后(P<0.05)。结论行腹腔热化疗的胃癌性腹水大鼠给予参芪抑瘤方,有助于改善一般状态,且能缓解不良反应,为临床实践提供理论依据。
Objective To investigate effects of Shenqi Yiliu decoction combined with intraperitoneal thermochemotherapy on general state of rats with malignant.ascites. Methods A total of 42 successful rat models of malignant asci- tes were randomly divided into observation group (n = 21 ) and control group (n = 21 ). All rats were given intraperitoneal Docetaxel thermochemotherapy and Thymopetidum at the same period, and observation group was added Shenqi Yiliu de- coction with continuous course treatment for 4 weeks. The waist circumference, body weight, ascites volume, tumor weight, transaminase, routine blood test and level change of serum ferritin were compared before and after modeling and after treatment in two groups. Results After treatment, in observation group, values of creatine kinase (CK) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), ferritin, body weight, abdominal circumference, ascites volume and tumor weight were significantly lower (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), white values of leukocytes and platelets were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈0. 05 ). After modeling and after treatment, values of CK, AST, LDH, body weight, abdominal circumference and ferritin were significantly higher (P 〈 0. 05), while values of leukocytes and platelets were significantly lower than those before modeling in two groups (P 〈 0.05). After treatment, values of CK, AST, LDH, body weight, abdominal circumference and ferritin were significantly higher (P 〈 0. 05), while values of leukocytes and platelets were significantIy lower than those after modeling in two groups (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Shenqi Yiliu Decoction combined with intraperitoneal thermochemotherapy in treatment of rats with malignant ascites can improve general state, relieve adverse reactions and provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.
