孟鲁司特联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童腺样体肥大疗效观察

Montelukast Combined with Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray Therapy for Children with Adenoid Hypertrophy

目的:探讨孟鲁司特联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床效果。方法:选取2013年3月至2015年3月我院儿科收治的腺样体肥大患儿90例,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂喷鼻腔治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上给予孟鲁司特口服治疗,评估两组患儿临床症状积分改善情况、腺样体大小及治疗后的不良反应。结果:治疗前两组患儿症状积分、腺样体体积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患儿症状积分、腺样体体积均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿症状积分、腺样体体积改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用孟鲁司特联合丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗儿童腺样体肥大,能够显著改善患儿临床症状,减小腺样体体积,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray therapy for children with adenoid hypertrophy. Methods： A total of 90 children with adenoid hypertrophy from March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given fluticasone propionate aerosol spray, the observation group received the treatment of montelukast on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptoms score and the volume of adenoids of the two groups were assessed. The adverse reactions during treatment and after treatment of two groups were recorded. Results： Before treatment, there were no significant differences in symptom scores and volume of adenoids between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the symptom scores and volume of adenoids in two groups were significantly improved, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the differences had statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ）. The adverse reaction rate in two groups had no significant difference （P〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Montelukast combined with fluticasone propionate nasal spray in children with adenoid hypertrophy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the volume of adenoids, has important clinical significance.
