摘要
我国民营中小企业面临着公司内部治理和外部治理的问题,需要进行合理统筹和统一施效才能做好中小型企业的治理工作。通过对我国民营中小企业公司治理的特性和现状的分析,提出了应对策略:构建职业经理人管理机制;评估企业风险,权力逐级下放;合理的监督管理;加强执行力,严格考评制;优化企业股权结构等。
The small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are facing the problems of internal governance and external governance, so we need to make a reasonable overall planning and unified effect to do a good job in the management of SME.This article through a analysis of the characteristics and present situation of corporate governance of private SME in our country to give us some coping strategies. Such as setting up the mechanism of professional managers; Evaluating the risk of enterprise, decentralizing some authority; Supervising and administrating reasonably; Strengthening execution, doing evaluation system strictly; Optimizing the ownership structure of enterprise and so on.
