外源激素提高杜仲叶中有效成分含量的效果 被引量:11

Efficacy of exogenous hormones enhancing active ingredients in Eucommia ulmoides leaves

摘要 采用芸苔素内酯、DCPTA、DTA-6、赤霉素对杜仲叶片进行叶面喷施,以水处理为对照,测定分析4种不同的外源激素对杜仲叶中光合色素、桃叶珊瑚苷、京尼平苷酸和绿原酸积累的影响。结果表明:4种外源激素均可显著或极显著提高杜仲叶中光合色素和3种有效成分的含量,其中芸苔素内酯对促进桃叶珊瑚苷含量平均比对照增加61%以上,对京尼平苷酸的增效在41.13%~60.10%之间,但对绿原酸的合成没有积极效果;DCPTA对桃叶珊瑚苷和京尼平苷酸的增效分别在46.52%~62.39%和48.27%~39.65%之间,但对绿原酸仅有1.25%~5.19%的增效;DTA-6对桃叶珊瑚苷含量比对照最高增加72.04%,京尼平苷酸最高增加接近1倍,为90.03%,绿原酸亦较对照最高增加了20.46%;赤霉素对绿原酸的增加率在所有参试激素中最高,为23.08%。总体上看,DTA-6在促进3种有效成分含量增加方面效果突出且表现稳定。在实际应用上,可以根据以有效成分种类为利用目标,有选择地使用不同的激素。 The effects of four different exogenous hormones, i.e. brassinolide, DCPTA, DTA -6, gibberellin, on contents of photosynthetic pigment, aucubin, geniposidic acid and chlorogenic acid in Eucommia ulmoides leaves were measured and analyzed based on the experiments of spraying leaves with different dilutions and taking water treatment as control. The results indicated that the content of photosynthetic pigment and three active ingredients in Eucommia ulmoides leaves were increased statistically significant by all of the four exogenous hormones compared with control treatment. Brassinolide increased the aucubin content by more than 61% and enhanced geniposidic acid ranging from 41.13% to 60.10% than that of control, while it had no positive effect on synthesis of chlorogenic acid. DCPTA increased the aucubin and geniposidic acid contents by 46.52%~62.39% and 48.27%~62.39%, while chlorogenic acid content was increased only by 1.25%-5.19%, respectively. Aucubin, geniposidic acid and chlorogenic acid in leaves treated by DTA-6 were increased by 72.04%, 90.03%, and 20.46% respectively compared to control treatment. Among the four hormones, Gibberellin enhanced ehlorogenic acid by 23.08% than that of control treatment, which was the highest among all Ireatment. These hormones could be used in practice according to the objectives of ingredients utilizations. Overall, DTA-6 was the most effective hormone in enhancing the active ingredients in Eucommia ulmoides leaves and it should be taken into account in the future practical applications.
