基于生态文明视角的STS关系探析

The Relation Between Science,Technology and Society from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

在生存技术、经验知识和农业社会的互动中,生态文明处于襁褓之中,人与自然原始和谐;在机器技术、理论科学和工业社会的作用下,生态文明尚未成形就走向异化,人与自然关系失衡;而在高新技术、复杂科学与信息社会的交织中,生态文明作为一种新型文明被当代人类所渴求并建构,通过人类自身的技术使用实践,通过生态技术的产业化,STS的关系必将走向协调可持续的良性轨道,生态文明也一定会在不久的将来成为现实。

Among the interactivities of survival technology, experimental knowledge and agricultural society, ecological civilization lives in swaddling clothes, and man and natural lives in origin as well as harmony. Technology use is the body of the relationship of science, technology and society （STS）. It is in the practice of technology use, humans turned the relationship of STS and promote the continuous evolution of this relationship. In the practice of empirical technology use, STS expressed mainly as survival skills, experience knowledge as well as the agricultural community; in the practice of the entity technology use, STS expressed mainly as machine technology, theoretical science and in- dustrial society; in the practice of knowledge--based technology, STS expressed mainly as high--tech, complex science and information society. Consequently, the relationship of STS also has experienced the process of occurring, alienating and assimilating. This paper believes firmly that through the practice of technology use of human beings, we can achieve a comprehensive sustainable development of the relationship of STS.
