摘要
通过案例方法进行学术研究已成为现代管理学科的一大特点,但采用该方法撰写论文仍存在挑战,尤其是如何避免研究人员的随意性和主观性。为此,围绕规范性问题,文章系统梳理2005-2015年重要管理期刊使用该方法的论文后发现:案例研究方法存在一般性适用性原则;存在三种基本模式,在明确研究问题、理论抽样、数据分析和与现有理论比较等关键步骤上存在17种规范性指标;对研究者而言,具体采用哪种模式取决于理论的作用。
Founding theories by case study research is playing an increasing role in the field of management researches. While it is a great challenge to apply this method in writing, especially in avoiding researchers＂ subjectivity and arbitrariness. Basically a systematic study respecting standardization on the application of case study between the year of 2005 and 2015 from top management journals has been carried out, and the results shows that case study method has its own general principles, that it has three kinds of basic modes, and that it is made up of 17 normative indexes about clarifying research issues, theoretical samples, data analysis, and comparison with current theories. For individuals, the selection of mode is decided by theoretical function.
