实验动物是生命科学和医学研究中不可或缺的支撑条件,随着动物品种品系的不断增加,动物种质资源非活体保存逐渐得到广泛应用。本文概述了超低温冷冻技术的原理、方法、影响因素,总结了该技术在动物资源保存中的应用,并展望其发展前景。

Laboratory animal plays an indispensable role in life science and biomedical research. With the continuous increase of animal breeds, non living preservation of Animal Germplasm resources has been widely used. This review has described the principle,methods and influencing factors of cryopreservation technique, summarized the application of cryopreservation in the preservation of animal resource, and gzve a prospect of its development.
