中国电子信息制造业集聚发展与空间布局优化——基于省级面板数据的经验证据

Agglomeration Development and Spatial Layout Optimization of China's Electronic Information Manufacturing——Empirical Evidence Based on Provincial Panel Data

本文利用2001—2015年中国省级面板数据和面板回归计量模型,考察了中国电子信息制造业产业集聚与产业成长的关系,结论显示:我国电子信息制造业的产业集聚同产业增长呈显著"倒U"型关系。进一步基于分省统计数据和产业梯度转移系数的定量测度分析结果表明:广东、江苏和浙江3省是我国电子信息制造业向外转移的重点地区,北京、上海和福建3省市的电子信息制造业也具有向外转移的趋势;重庆和四川2省市为承接产业转移的首选地区,安徽、河南、湖北、湖南、广西和贵州6省可以作为次选地区;河北、山西、江西、山东、云南、陕西和甘肃7省尚不具有承接转移的综合优势,应重点通过提升专业化能力、技术水平和生产经营效率,为承接产业转移创造有利条件。

Based on 2001-2015 China provincial data and panel regressionmodel,this paper investigates the relationship between industrial agglomeration and industrial growth of China's EIM industry. The result shows that there was a significant 'inverted U' relationship between the two variables. Then by using provincial statistical data and industrial gradient transfer coefficient,we carry out further quantitative measurement and analysis. The results show that Guangdong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang are the key areas that EIM industry should transfer outward;Beijing,Shanghai and Fujian are the areas that EIM industry has a tendency to shift outward. Chongqing and Sichuan are preferred areas to undertake industrial transfer;Anhui,Henan,Hubei,Hunan,Guangxi and Guizhou can be selected as sub-optimal areas. In terms of Hebei,Shanxi,Jiangxi,Shandong,Yunnan,Shaanxi and Gansu,these areas still don't have the comprehensive advantages to undertake the transfer of EIM industry,and should focus on enhancing the professional capacity,technical level and operation efficiency,thus creating favorable conditions to undertake industrial transfer.
