宫颈环形电切术在慢性宫颈炎诊疗中的临床价值

Clinical Effect of Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure in Diagnosis and Treatment for Patients with Chronic Cervicitis

目的:探究宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)在慢性宫颈炎诊疗中的临床价值。方法:将2015年2月~2016年10月我院收治的慢性宫颈炎患者80例纳入研究,随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组行微波治疗,观察组采用LEEP联合纳米银凝胶治疗。对比两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LEEP具有恢复快、操作简单及安全性高等优势,是临床诊疗慢性宫颈炎的理想方式,值得推广与运用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） in diagnosis and treatment for patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods： Totally, 80 patients with chronic cervicitis were admitted and treated in Dengzhou Central Hospital from February 2015 to October 2016. They were randomly divided into control group and test group with 40 patients in each group. Patients in control group were treated with microwave, while patients in test group were treated with LEEP combined with nanometer silver gel. Results： The total effective rate in test group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） is an ideal way to treat chronic cervicitis, because of rapid recovery, operation simple and safety, worthy of promotion.
