个性化护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量与负性情绪的影响

Effect of Individuation Nursing on the Negative Emotion and Life Quality for Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:分析个性化护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量与负性情绪的影响。方法:以我院2013年5月~2015年5月期间收治的72例腰椎间盘突出症患者为此次研究的观察对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各36例,分别采用个性化护理和常规护理,并对比两组的护理效果。结果:经过护理后,研究组的各项生活质量评分明显优于对照组,P<0.05;在负性情绪的对比上,研究组的焦虑评分和抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:将个性化护理干预措施应用在腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床治疗上,可以进一步改善患者的生活质量,让患者保持良好的心态接受治疗,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze the effect ofindividuation nursing on the negative emotion and life quality for patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods： In total, 72 patients with lumbar disc herniation were admitted and treated in the People＇s Hospital of Linze from May 2013 to May 2015 as the objects of study. They were randomly divided into test group and control group with 36 patients in each group. Patients in test group were treated with individual nursing, while patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing. The effect of nursing was compared between two groups.Results： After nursing, in test group, the quality of life score was significantly higher control group, but the anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusions： Application of individuation nursing on clinical treatment for patients with hmabar disc herniation can improve the quality of life, being advantageous to accepting treatment, worthy of popularization.
