摘要
创业教育师资能力是高等职业创业教育能否成功的关键性要素之一。文章利用层次分析法(AHP)来确定创业教育教师胜任能力的指标体系,并用从优度函数对模糊综合评价模型加以改进,在最大隶属原则基础上,进一步确定被评价创业教育教师对某一评价等级的隶属度,从而使得评价的结果更加准确、客观。
Position competency is one of the key factors to evaluate teachers~ success in entrepreneurship educa- tion. There is a broad research discussing teachers" position competency, but most research is qualitative rather than quantitative. This paper uses the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)to establish an index system to evaluate teachersj position competency, which is followed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Basis on the maximum membership princi- ple, we further find out which evaluation grade these evaluated teachers belong to. This method is found to produce more accurate and objective evaluation.
