地方政府职业教育创新模式探析——以校企合作为例

Exploration and Analysis of Innovative Model in Local Vocational Education——Take School-enterprise Cooperation as an Example

当前,中国的地方政府在职业教育领域进行了丰富多彩的改革创新活动。以校企合作为例,地方政府在职业教育方面的创新可以归纳为四种模式,即原创型创新、模仿型创新、试点型创新及权变型创新。四种模式各有其优缺点,需要地方政府采取相应的措施,发挥不同模式的优势,推动职业教育不断深化改革、持续创新。

Currently, local administrations of China have engaged in a wide variety of reform and innovation in vocational education. This paper looks into college-business partnership as an example of such government-led reform and innovation. The author summarizes such innovative efforts in four models, namely, original innovation, imitative innovation, piloting innovation and contingency innovation. These four models have their own strengths and weakness- es. Local administrations in China should fully utilize the strengths of various models by adopting corresponding measures in an attempt to sustain and deepen their innovative efforts in vocational education reform.
