空乘形体教学中存在的问题及优化方案

空乘专业教学区别于其他专业,不但需要培养学生的内在气质和修养,还需要从外在对学生的形象气质进行训练提升。形体教学作为空乘专业教学中的重要构成,不但需要通过训练塑造空乘学生外在优雅的形象,还要以审美情趣的提升以及形象思维、创造力、观察能力的培养为目标,多方面多角度的进行形体教学。文章主要针对如何有效提高空乘形体教学质量,通过科学有效的教学手段激发学生内在的形体训练兴趣,从而提高形体教学的科学性,令学生通过形体训练得到全面的身心发展,令学生的形象气质更好的满足空中乘务工作需要。

Professional teaching of flight attendants is different from other professions, which not only needs to train the students＇ inner temperament and accomplishment, but also needs to train students to improve the image of temperament. Physical education, as an important part in the teaching of professional flight attendants, not only needs to shape the polished look of the flight attendants through external training, but also needs to educate them in many aspects, taking enhancement of the aesthetic taste and image thinking, creativity, observation ability as the teaching purpose. This paper focuses on how to effectively improve the physical teaching quality, stimulates students＇ intrinsic interest in physical training through scientific and effective teaching methods, so as to improve the scientific nature of physical teaching, make students get all-round development through physical training, so that the image quality of the students can better meet the need of flight attendants＇ work.
