摘要
创造性思维与法律问题解决的关系密不可分,并受思维方式和人格等内部因素、知识和环境等外部因素的影响。法学教育的创造性思维启发方式可尝试以解决法律问题为导向进行课程设计、以可视化工具为辅助建立思维痕迹教学。
The relationshipbetween creative thinking and legal problem solving is inseparable, and creative thinking wouldbe affected by the way of thinking, personality and other internal factors, and also would be affected byknowledge,environment and other external factors. The training of creative thinking of legal education should be based on problem-solving-oriented curriculum design, and utilize visualization techniques to help establish the traces of teaching.
