基于工程文化和创客文化融合的创新人才培养模式 被引量:9

摘要 无论从创造劳动工具还是从创造文字开始算起,人类文明发展史无疑是创新创造史,所演化形成的文化也是人们创造力的重要源泉。当今时代,高等学校需要特别注重"文化育人、文化育新"的独特作用,促进教学改革和教育创新,培养社会发展需要的创新人才。工程文化较好地平衡了技术的复杂性和专业性,创客文化融合了技术的开放性和创新性,将工程文化和创客文化融合提出了"教、学、做、用、研、创"共同体教学模式,对探索创新人才培养模式有重要参考意义。 No matter from the creation of labor tools or from the creation of characters, the history of human civilization is undoubtedly the history of innovation and creation, and the evolution of culture is also an important source of creativity. In this era, colleges and universities need to pay special attention to the unique role of "cultural education and cultural innovation", to promote the reform of teaching and education, to cultivate the innovative talents needed by social development. Engineering culture balances the complexity and professionalism of the technology and maker culture combines the openness and innovation of the technology. Therefore a community mode of "teaching, learning, doing, using, research and creation" was presented with the fusion of engineering and maker culture. This is of great significance to explore the cultivation mode of innovative talents.
