重视课程建设 提升研究生培养质量——以西北农林科技大学为例

文章以西北农林科技大学为例,对农业院校研究生课程建设中存在的问题进行剖析,提出农林高校要以一级学科为单元进行研究生课程体系建设,在课程结构、内容、教学方式等方面进行整体优化和改革;要以优质课程、示范性课程等项目为抓手,优先提升一级学科核心课建设水平,夯实研究生基础学科理论体系;通过建设研究生授课质量评价系统,科学评判授课质量,将评价结果运用在教师职称评定、评优评奖等环节,激发教师投身研究生教学的积极性,提升研究生课程授课的整体水平。

This paper takes Northwest A＆F University as an example, analyzes the problems of construction of postgraduate courses in agricultural colleges and universities, proposes that agriculture or forestry universities need to construct course system based on the first level discipline, globally optimizes and reforms the postgraduate courses in the curriculum structure, content, teaching methods and some other aspects. And it makes high-quality programs, demonstration programs and other projects as the starting point, enhances the level of construction disciplines core courses and theoretical system of basic disciplines. Through the construction of graduate student teaching quality evaluation system, we evaluate the teaching quality scientifically, and the results are used in the teachers＇ professional title evaluation, awards and other sectors, to stimulate teachers to devote to the postgraduate teaching, and improve the overall level of postgraduate lecture.
