高校党建工作中传承红色基因的思考

生物学意义上的激活基因,是指通过改变基因排序等技术手段,优化生物原有的遗传特性,使之焕发出新的活力。在高校党建工作中注重传承与激活红色基因,就是要把党的光荣传统、优良作风,与高校正在进行的立德树人的办学实践、教育教学改革和事业发展相结合,让党的宝贵历史经验和精神财富彰显出新的时代价值,焕发新的活力,进而成为高校事业发展的助力。高校是国家人才培养的重要场所,高校党建工作是保证高校培养出好人才、实现高等教育立德树人目标的重要内容,也是办好社会主义大学的重要抓手。解读红色基因的内涵,用好红色基因作为传家宝、接力棒和助推器的功能,从而保证高校办学方向的正确性和办学实践的科学性,并结合高校的实际情况,分析并提出以服务型党组织建设为切入点的传承与激活红色基因构想。
