摘要
高职院校如何建设培养校本管理干部队伍一直是人事管理者所予以重视并着力创新的重大校务之一。文章着重考察探究了"竞聘制"、"轮岗制"、"培训制"、"挂职锻炼"四种管理干部建设培养机制的优劣利弊,并给出了相应的解决方案。
How to construct and foster school-based management cadre in higher vocational colleges has always been one of the major administrative that the personnel managers attach importance to and innovate. This paper fo- cuses on exploring their advantages and disadvantages of four constructing and training mechanism of management cadre involving the "competition", "rotation", "training" and "attachment training", and gives the corresponding solutions.
