PCT、CRP在不同病原体引起的小儿下呼吸道感染中的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP),在不同病原体引起的小儿下呼吸道感染中的应用。方法:选取67例确诊为下呼吸道感染患儿依据病原微生物种类分为细菌组、非细菌组和混合感染组,以上3组为观察组,再选取42例正常儿童为对照组;分别检测两组儿童血清PCT及CRP水平,比较观察组与对照组的差异。结果:血清PCT在观察组儿童及对照组儿童体内的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组间比较,细菌组与非细菌组、细菌组与混合组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.007),非细菌组与混合组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.007);CRP在观察组儿童及对照组儿童体内的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.007),观察组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.007)。结论:本研究的结果表明,不同病原体引起的小儿下呼吸道感染患儿血清PCT存在差异,可与CRP结合作为判断引起下呼吸道感染病原体类型的依据。 Objective: To discuss the application of procalciton( PCT) and C-reactive protein( CRP) in the treatment of children lower respiratory tract infection caused by different pathogens. Method: 67 cases of children confirmed as lower respiratory tract infection were selected as observation group and then divided into bacteria group,non-bacteria group and mixed infection group according to pathogenic microorganism species types. 42 healthy children were selected as control group.The levels of serum PCT and CRP were detected and compared between the groups. Result: There was significant difference of serum PCT levels between observation group and control group( P〈0. 007),and there were significant differences between bacteria group and non-bacteria group and between bacteria group and mixed infection group( P〈0. 007),but there was not significant difference between non-bacteria group and mixed infection group( P〉0. 007). There were significant difference of CRP between observation group and control group( P〈0. 007),but there were no significant difference of CRP in observation group( P〉0. 007).Conclusion: There are differences in serum PCT levels of children with infection of lower respiratory tract caused by different pathogens,and the type of infection can be evaluated by the combination of PCT and CRP.
