富含血小板血浆诱导口腔种植体周围骨再生的效果

Effect of platelet-rich plasma on bone regeneration around oral implants

目的:观察应用富含血小板血浆诱导口腔种植体周围骨再生的效果。方法:对2013年1月至2016年1月收治的90例口腔种植骨缺损患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各45例,其中对照组患者单独应用人工骨粉进行口腔种植骨,观察组患者联合富含血小板血浆进行口腔种植骨,观察两组患者口腔种植体周围骨再生情况。结果:术后随访,两组患者植骨区域和周围骨组织结合情况良好,未见感染。观察组患者骨组织面积大于对照组(P<0.05),人工骨粉残留面积小于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者骨吸收发生率为0.0%,低于对照组的15.6%(P<0.05)。结论:应用富含血小板血浆能够有效诱导口腔种植体周围骨再生。

Objective： To observe the effect of platelet-rich plasma on bone regeneration around oral implants. Methods： 90 patients with oral bone defects hospitalized from January 2013 to January 2016 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with artificial bone meal alone while the control group was treated with artificial bone meal combined with platelet-rich plasma,with bone regeneration around oral implants observed. Results： After follow-up,the bone graft and the surrounding bone were well combined in the two groups and no infection was found. The area of bone tissue in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of bone resorption was 0,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 15. 6 %）（ P〈0. 05）. The residual area of bone tissue in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Platelet-rich plasma can effectively induce bone regeneration around oral implants.
