摘要
目的:了解包头市高校教师生活质量现状。方法:采用简明健康调查问卷(the MOS 36-item short form health survey,SF-36)对包头市某高校在编教师进行匿名问卷调查,在问卷收集、整理和录入过程中严格控制质量。使用Epi Data 3.1建立数据库并录入数据、SPSS 17.0统计软件分析数据。结果:SF-36量表的Cronbach'sα系数>0.7,KMO值>0.7。将包头市高校教师各维度评分与四川健康人群常模各维度评分比较,躯体疼痛(body pain,BP)、活力(vitality,VT)、社会功能(social function,SF)和精神健康(mental health,MH)这4个维度包头市某高校教师评分低于常模,情感职能(role emotional,RE)维度评分包头市某高校教师高于常模(P<0.05)。与香港常模比较,除生理职能(role physical,RP)外,其余的各个维度包头市某高校教师评分与常模之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中BP、VT、SF、MH这4个维度包头市某高校教师评分较常模低,GH、RE维度包头市某高校教师评分较常模高。结论:包头市某高校教师生活质量的心理维度和生理维度得分普遍低于常模,有必要针对影响高校教师生活质量的因素合理安排工作。
Objective: To study the quality of life( QOL) of college teachers in Baotou. Methods: The MOS 36-item short form health survey( SF-36) was adopted to investigate college teachers in Baotou anonymously. The questionnaire collecting,sorting and entry were strictly controlled in the process. Epi Data3. 1 was used to establish database and input data and SPSS17. 0 statistical software was used to analyze data. Results: Compared with the norm of healthy people in Sichuan province,the dimension scores of BP,VT,SF and MH of college teachers in Baotou were lower than the norm,and RE dimension score of college teacher in Baotou was higher than the norm( P〈0. 05). Compared with the norm of healthy people in Hong Kong,there were significant differences between college teachers in Baotou and the norm in every dimension scores except for the dimension score of RP( P〈0. 05). The dimension scores of BP,VT,SF and MH of college teachers in Baotou were lower than the norm,and the dimension scores of GH and RE of college teacher in Baotou were higher than the norm. Conclusion: The mental dimension and physical dimension scores of QOL of college teachers in Baotou are lower than the norm. It is necessary for college teachers to arrange their work reasonably based on the influencing factors.
