摘要
目的:研究心理护理联合健康教育对肺结核患者生活质量和心理状态的影响。方法:选择结核患者200例,随机分为两组,对照组患者进行常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上采用心理护理联合健康教育。采用健康状态调查问卷(SF-36)对两组患者的生活质量情况进行评估,采用抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表对患者的心理状态进行评估。结果:观察组患者的躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能和社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);经过护理干预后,两组患者的抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组的评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肺结核患者进行心理护理联合健康教育可提高患者的生活质量,改善心理不良情绪,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective: To explore the influence of mental nursing combined with health education on life quality and psychological state of patients with tuberculosis. Methods: 200 cases of tuberculosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group was given mental nursing combined with health education on the basis of conventional nursing in the control group. Health questionnaire( SF-36),self-rating depressive scale and self-rating anxiety scale were used to evaluate the health condition and psychological state respectively. Results: The scores of physical function,emotion function,role function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P〈0. 05). After nursing,the scores of self-rating depressive scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the two groups obviously decreased compared with those before nursing( P〈0. 05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Mental nursing combined with health education could enhance life quality of patients effectively,and improve patients' psychological state,which is of high value of clinical expansion.
