中药复方苦参洗剂治疗婴儿急性湿疹40例临床观察

The clinical observation of 40 cases of infantile acute eczema treated with Fufang Kushen Lotion

目的观察中药复方苦参洗剂治疗婴儿急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1—12月收治的80例婴儿急性湿疹患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予3%硼酸液湿敷,治疗组给予中药复方苦参洗剂湿敷。2组均治疗2个疗程后统计临床疗效、中医证候积分以及生活质量指数(DLQI)。6月后,对患儿进行随访并统计复发率。结果治疗组总有效率为85%,显著高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,2组中医证候积分均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组中医证候积分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在瘙痒程度、睡眠方面较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6月后随访,治疗组复发率为20.6%,对照组为63.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药复方苦参洗剂对于婴儿急性湿疹具有良好的疗效,不仅提高了婴儿的生活质量,而且复发率低,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe clinical effect of infantile acute eczema treated with Fufang Kushen Lotion. Methods 80 cases of children with acute eczema in our hospital from January,2015 to December, 2015 were ran- domly divided into therapy group and control group with 4 0 cases in each . The control group was given wet-com- pressing therapy of 3 % Boric Solution , while the therapy group was given wet - compressing therapy of Fufang Kushen Lotion. The clinical effects ,TCM scores and dermatology life quality index（DLQI） of two groups were ob- served after 2 treatment courses. After 6 months, the recurrence rates were observed by making a follow-up visit. Results The total effective rate in therapy group and control group was 85% and 75% respectively with significant differences （P〈O. 05）. After treatment, TCM scores in two groups were both reduced significantly, differences had statistically significance （P〈0.05） ; TCM scores dropped much in therapy group than that in control group, there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. The children＇s pruritus degree and sleep quality improved much more in the therapy group than that in control group, differences had statistically significance （P〈0.05）. After 6 months treatment, it was demonstrated from follow-up visit that the recurrence rate was 20.6% in therapy group and 63.3% in control group, there were significant differences （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Fufang Kushen Lotion has an good effect on infantile acute eczema not only because of infantile life quality improvement, but also low recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
