Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)是脑卒中后一种常见的继发性精神障碍症状,会在一定程度上延缓患者神经功能和日常生活活动能力的恢复,进而影响其预后。针灸治疗PSD疗效肯定,具有副作用小、简便易行、经济安全等特点,有助于提高患者生活质量及促进脑卒中后神经功能、肢体功能的恢复。对近年来针灸治疗卒中后抑郁的研究进展进行综述,以期为针灸治疗卒中后抑郁的推广及深入研究提供参考。

A common symptom complicated with dysphrenia, post-stroke depression （PSD） would delay the recovery of neural function and daily life activities ability to a certain extent, and seriously affect the prognosis of patients. The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on PSD is certain, with the characteristics of little side effects, less money , security and simple and easy to operate. It could help to improve the life quality of patients and the recovery of the neurological function and limb function after stroke. This article summarized the current situation of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of post stroke depression, in order to provide reference the promotion and in-depth study of acupuncture treatment on PSD.
