摘要
为了研究油气混输泵双端面机械密封的性能,采用Pro/E软件建立了密封动环、静环三维几何模型,由FLUENT软件模拟获得的液膜压力作为动、静密封环的边界条件之一导入ANSYS Workbench进行单相流固耦合计算,在不同工况下对动、静密封环的应力和变形分布规律进行分析。结果表明双端面机械密封的最大变形和最大应力发生在动环与静环的端面接触位置,动环、静环和动静耦合端面上产生的变形量随含气率的增加而增大,但应力分布变化不大。所选用的双端面机械密封能够满足要求。
For analyzing double mechanical seal of oil gas muhiphase pump and building three-dimensional geometric model of rotating seal ring and stationary seal ring,single phase fluid-structure interaction calcu- lation is conducted by leading ANSYS Workbench and with the condition that liquid film pressure obtained by FLUENT software is considered as one of boundary conditions o[ rotating seal ring and stationary seal ring, so stress and deformation distribution of rotating seal ring and stationary seal ring under different conditions is analyzed.It is concluded that maximum deformation and maximum stress of double mechani cal seal occurs at the position that rotating seal ring and stationary seal ring contact, deformation of rola- ting seal ring,stationary seal ring and coupling end face between them increases with gas contained increa- ses,but stress distribution change is little.The calculation showed that the selected double mechanical seal can meet requirements.
