摘要
建立一种利用生物分子相互作用技术检测饲料中黄曲霉毒素B_1的方法。将黄曲霉毒素B_1抗体固化在芯片上,样品经甲醇-水提取、稀释后通过固化黄曲霉毒素B_1抗体的芯片,从而测定样品中的黄曲霉毒素B_1含量。方法检出限为1μg/kg,检测限为2μg/kg,回收率为67.0%-90.1%,相对标准偏差为6.57%-7.81%。该方法检测灵敏度高、检测时间短、操作简便易行。
The concentration of aflatoxin B1 in feed was determined by the surtace plasmon resonance technique. The chip immobilized by anti-AFB1 body to determine the AFBL in the sample solution. The LOD of method is 1 μg/kg and LOQ is 2 μg/kg,the recoveries of AFB1 are 67.0%-90.1%,and the relative standard deviations are 6.57%-7.81%. This method is of high sensitivity,convenience operation.
