摘要 为了快速准确测定样品中挥发性有机化合物,使用微池热萃取法采集样品,用热脱附-气相色谱质谱法进行含量测定,并优化了采样时间和流速。该方法较传统的气袋法和采样舱法有着高通量、全自动化等优点;方法的加标回收率为89.1%-94.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.13%-5.14%(n=7)。该方法适用于汽车零部件及内饰材料中挥发性有机化合物的检测。 For fast and accurate determination of volatile organic compounds in the sample,Using Mi- cro-chamber thermal extractor method to collect the samples ,and the content was determined by thermal desorption gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The sampling time and flow rate were optimized. This method is compared with the traditional method of bag method and sampling chamber method,has advantages of high flux fully automated. The recoveries were in the range of 89.1%-94.0%,with relative standard deviation of 2.13%-5.14%(n=7). The method is suitable for the detection of volatile organic compounds in automotive components and interior materials.
