[目的/意义]学习习近平"智库观",以推动中国智库建设健康发展。[方法/过程]本文梳理习近平总书记2013年以来关于智库建设的重要讲话及其参加的智库相关重要活动,从中把握习近平"智库观"重要内涵,并试图从理论和实践上予以解读。[结果/结论]一是提出并归纳了习近平"智库观"及其丰富内涵;二是试图阐述习近平"智库观"的理论性和实践性;三是自觉用习近平"智库观"武装头脑指导实践,走中国特色新型智库发展道路,并结合当前智库建设状况,着重提出要抓紧建立健全"智库决策咨询制度",认为建立"智库决策咨询制度"是智库健康发展的重要保障。

[Purpose/significance] This paper aims to learn Xi Jinping＇s ＂think tank vision＂ and promote the healthy development of China＇s think tank construction. [Method/process] This paper combed General Secretary Xi Jinping＇s important speeches and important activities related to think tanks since 2013, from which the significant meaning of Xi Jinping＇s ＂think tank vision＂ was summarized and analyzed at theoretical and practical levels. [Result/conclusion] First, this paper puts forward and summarizes Xi Jinping＇s ＂think tank vision＂ and its rich meanings. Second, this paper endeavors to expound the theorization and practicality of Xi Jinping＇s ＂think tank vision＂. Third, it is necessary to learn Xi Jinping＇s ＂think tank vision＂, apply it to practice, and take the development path of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics. It should take time to establish and improve the ＂think tank decision-making and consultation system＂ with the consideration of think tank construction＇s situation. It is an important guarantee for think tanks＇ healthy development to establish the ＂think tank decision-making and consultation system＂.
